Sales Order window

  • Look for customer: It allows looking for customer you want to work with sales order for.
  • View: It allows watching active or all the transactions.
  • Filter: It allows creating filters to look for customers according to specific features.
    • Look for: It allows entering the information which helps to find the customer
    • In: It allows choosing section in which filled in information is
    • Back: It allows leave Filter screen without saving changes
    • Apply: It allows applying filters set.
  • New: It allows creating new customer.
  • Edit: It allows editing created customers.
  • Scan: It allows looking for transactions with the help of scanner
  • Customer Orders: It allows making different actions with sales orders like creating new on, edit, pick or invoice it.
    • Look for Order: It allows entering the number of sales order which helps to find it
    • Status: It allows looking for sales orders according to their status
    • New: It allows creating new sales order.
    • Edit: It allows editing existing sales orders.
    • Pick: It allows picking sales orders.
    • Invoice: It allows invoicing sales orders.
  • Open Orders: It allows making different actions with open sales orders like editing and picking.
    • Look for customer: It allows entering the name of customer which helps to find it

Creating Sales Orders

HandiFox allows creating sales orders in the app and send it to QuickBooks.

  1. On the app, go to Main>Sales.
  2. Fill the name of customer you want create Sales order for and choose it in the list.
  3. Click Customer Orders button and click New to create Sales Order
  4. Click Find button and choose all the items you want to create sales order for
  5. Click Add button
  6. Fill Qty and Rate columns with data if it is needed
  7. Click Save button.

Editing Sales Orders

HandiFox allows editing sales orders on the app.

  1. In the app, go to Main>Sales.
  2. Fill the name of customer you want create Sales order for and choose it in the list.
  3. Click Customer Orders button and click Edit to create Sales Order.
  4. Make all the changes needed. Edit Qty and Rate columns with data or add new items by clicking Find and End button
  5. Click Save button.

HandiFox allows editing only open orders as well.

  1. On the app, go to Main>Sales.
  2. Fill the name of customer you want edit Sales order for and choose it in the list.
  3. Click Open Orders button and click Edit to create Sales Order.
  4. Make all the changes needed. Edit Qty and Rate columns with data or add new items by clicking Find and End button
  5. Click Save button.

Cloning Sales Orders

HandiFox allow users to clone open sales orders for different needs.

  1. On the app, go to Main>Sales.
  2. Fill the name of customer you want create or edit Sales order for and choose it in the list.
  3. Click Open Orders button and long click it.
  4. Click Clone Sales Order.
  5. Change the data in the screen if it is needed and click Save.
