Why is my "Item List" empty?
If you can't see any items on the Item List screen on your mobile device, it's possible that your Item List in QuickBooks contains more than 5,000 items. If this is the case, HandiFox won't display all items at once due to limitations of different Android devices. The items can still be viewed though by using the button Find, Add or scanning barcodes.
