Picking and Packing Sales Orders
- In the app, go to Main→Sales→Open Orders.
- Choose any order in the list you want to pick and tap Pick button.
- Type items quantity in the Pick Qty field or use Scan button to pick each items' quantity needed.
- Tap Save button.
- Choose picked order and tap Pack button.
- Check Pack All checkbox or use Scan button to pack items in the order.
- Tap Save button.
- Fill Customer Name field, tap Enter Sign button and enter the sign into the field.
- Tap OK and Save.
Picking and Packing Invoices
- In the app, go to Main→Sales→Open Invoices.
- Choose any order in the list you want to pick and tap Pick button.
- Type items quantity in the Pick Qty field or use Scan button to pick each items' quantity needed.
- Tap Save button.
- Choose picked order and tap Pack button.
- Check Pack All checkbox or use Scan button to pack items in the invoice.
- Tap Save button.

Marking Orders/Invoices as Packed on the Computer
- In QuickBooks, go to File→HandiFox→Open Transactions to Pick/Pack.
- Choose invoice in Transaction Type section.
- Choose needed transaction in the list and check it.
- Click Mark As Packed button and click OK.
Printing List of Sales Order and Invoices to Pick and Pack
- In QuickBooks, go to File>HandiFox>Open Transactions to Pick/Pack.
- Choose Invoice or Sales Orders in Transaction Type section.
- Check the transactions in the list you want to print.
- Click Print List button and click OK button.
Printing Picking and Packing Slips
- In the app, go to Main>Sales.
- Tap Open Orders or Open Invoices button and choose picked transactions.
- Tap Print button to print picking slips.
- In the app, go to Main>Sales.
- Tap Open Orders or Open Invoices button and choose picked transactions.
- Tap Pack button and Print button to print packing slips.
