Reports and Templates

HandiFox allows create reports template for different types of transactions, modifying different sections, adding logo, changing fonts etc.

Customize reports window

• Print Label button: It allows printing labels for checked items.
• Print List button: It allows printing list of barcodes.
• Export List button: It allows exporting the list of barcodes to file.
• Close button: Click the button to close Barcodes List screen

• Select Report drop-down menu: It allows choosing report for any type of transactions.
• Zoom drop-down menu: It allows choosing size on preview automatically.
• Custom field: It allows choosing size via typing it.
• Customize button: It allows customizing the report.
  • Template is inactive checkbox – allows making template inactive

o Format (…) button – allows setting data view, including its format and place o Default button– allows returning settings to default values o Print Preview button– allows printing preview o Basic Customization button – allows making basic customization for report o OK button– allows saving changes o Cancel button – allows leaving the screen without saving changes Copy button: It allows copying reports for further settings. Delete button: It allows deleting templates made. Include Inactive checkbox: It allows making different operations with templates including inactive. Save button: It allows saving changes made. Close button: It allows closing the screen.
