Why is my Item List not displaying any items?

If you can't see any items on the Item List screen on your mobile device, your QuickBooks Item List may contain more than 5,000 items. In this case, HandiFox won't display all items at once due to limitations of some Android devices. However, you can still access items by using the Find button, Add button, or by scanning barcodes.
